Do I have to have a Costco Membership?
Yes, your U.S. Costco Membership must be valid and active at the time that your submission is processed to participate in this offer.

Do purchases made on qualifying items in the Costco Savings Book or Temporary Price Discount qualify?
Yes, the price paid, after discounts & before taxes and shipping costs for the item qualifies towards the $100 program requirement.

Do purchases on qualifying items made on Costco.com, Instacart, and Costco Business Delivery qualify towards the $100 purchase minimum?
Yes, all participating P&G product purchases from Costco qualify. See list of participating brands here

Who is eligible?
All active U.S. Costco members (excluding U.S. territories). All members must have a valid and active U.S. Costco Membership Number, US address or PO Box. Emails with an international domain will not be accepted.

Selection of Physical or Digital Shop Card
When registering to participate in the Offer consumers must select their preference to receive a Physical Shop Card sent via mail or a Digital Shop Card sent to the email address provided at registration.
Once you select how to receive your Shop Card (either as a Physical or Digital Shop Card) this choice cannot be changed or revised. The email address and mailing address provided at registration cannot be changed or revised.
Digital Shop Cards are accepted everywhere except Gas Pumps and Food courts.

How do I submit my receipt(s)?
How to submit a Costco Warehouse purchase Online
- Select Costco warehouse receipt option from the program website, select the number of participating products found on your receipt, upload the image of the receipt then click submit to complete submission.
- Submit Costco warehouse receipt as one (1) image formatted as jpeg or png file types.
- Maximum file size of 5MB per image.
- Any personal information that appears on the sales receipt should be removed.
How to submit a Costco.com purchase Online- Select Costco.com order option from the program website.
- Input a valid Costco.com Order Number and click submit.
- Purchases from Costco.com must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
How to submit an Instacart purchase Online- Select the Instacart option from the program website.
- Select the number of participating products found on your receipt then forward the Instacart receipt after the order is delivered to the email address displayed on the screen.
- Forward the Instacart.com receipt from the email address that was used to register for the program. The email MUST be forwarded with no changes made to the body of the email or subject line.
- Purchases from Instacart.com must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
How to submit a Same Day Delivery Purchase Online- Select Instacart / Same Day Purchase option from the program website.
- Select the number of participating products found on your receipt then forward the Delivery Confirmation receipt to the email address displayed on the screen.
- Forward the Delivery Confirmation receipt from the email address that was used to register for the program. The email MUST be forwarded with no changes made to the body of the email or subject line.
- Purchases from Same Day Purchase must be submitted online and cannot be mailed-in for processing.
How to submit a Costco warehouse purchase via mail-in- Obtain submission form from a Costco warehouse location or print a submission form here.
- Mail completed submission form and copies of receipts to: P&G Spend $100 Program PO BOX 6093, Dept. 45560, Douglas, AZ 85655.
- Mail-in Submissions must include participant’s full name, complete mailing address, email address, valid U.S. Costco membership number, and telephone number.
- Mail-in submissions must include a legible qualifying receipt(s) of in-store purchases.
- Mail-in Submissions must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2023

I don't have a printer; how can I submit?
There are two options to submit for this offer.
- Online: Submit your receipt(s) here.
- By Mail: Submit the mail-in offer form and copies of your receipts to P&G Spend $100 Program, PO BOX 6093, Dept. 45560, Douglas, AZ 85655. Only receipts for in-warehouse purchases can be submitted via mail.

What information do you need to see on my receipt?
Your receipt(s) must clearly show the purchase date, bar code and TC number and the participating P&G products purchased, and the amount paid for each product.

I lost my receipt, how can I submit?
If you purchased at a warehouse, you can obtain a copy of your Costco receipt by visiting the membership counter at your local Costco warehouse. If you purchased online or through Instacart, you can obtain a copy of your receipt through your Costco.com or Instacart account.

My receipt is really long; how do I submit?
Please submit only one image of a single receipt. If you have a long receipt, be sure that all four corners of the receipt are captured in the image.

Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?
Yes, qualifying purchases can be made over multiple shopping trips.

Can I submit receipts separately or do all of my receipts showing $100 in qualified purchase need to be uploaded at one time?
Submitting Online: You can either submit all receipts at once showing qualified purchases or submit receipts separately. If you have multiple receipts to submit at one time, each receipt should be submitted individually as a single image.
Submitting via Mail: Your mail-in submission must contain the official submission form and the Costco Wholesale warehouse location receipt(s) showing $100 of qualified purchases or $200 of qualified purchases, if submitting for two rewards. Any purchases over $100 will not be carried over to a second submission unless they are submitted in the same envelope. -
What types of images can be used for digital submissions?
Warehouse receipts can be submitted online as jpeg or png file type with a maximum file size of 5MB each, screenshots or other file types will be rejected. Instacart receipts must be forwarded to the email address displayed on-screen. To submit an online order, enter the Costco.com Order Number on the program website.

When will I receive my Costco Shop Card(s)?
Digital: arrival via email up to 2 weeks after shop card approval

Does my Costco Shop Card expire?
No, there are no expiration dates for Costco Shop Cards.

How do I receive my Digital Shop Card?
Qualified Participants who have selected the Digital Shop Card and who are eligible to receive the reward will receive an email following receipt verification, with a unique link to claim their Digital Shop Card. Follow the link to the redemption page and hit submit to claim your card. After the valid Rewards Code is redeemed online the Digital Ship Card will be provided online and sent via email to the address.

Does the Rewards Code Expire?
Rewards Code must be redeemed by 11:59:59 PM PST on 12/15/2023 to receive the Digital Shop Card.

How can I check the balance on my Shop Card?
Visit Costco.com. On the bottom of the home page, click 'Costco Shop Card Balance' under the Customer Service Column. Enter your Costco Shop Card number, which you will find on the back of your Costco Shop Card. It's a unique number and is used to identify your Costco Shop Card. Type in the four-digit PIN, which is also located on the back of your Costco Shop Card. If you don't see the four-digit PIN right away, you may need to scratch off the silver security feature on the back (some cards have it, but don't worry if yours doesn't). Select the "Check Balance" button. The balance should immediately be displayed.

What do I do if my Costco Shop Card is lost or stolen?
P&G is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. If a card was mailed to you and it was lost or stolen, we can provide you with the card number and you can then visit your local Costco warehouse Customer Service desk to have any remaining balance transferred to a new card.

Is there a deadline for making customer service inquiries?
Yes, all customer service requests regarding this program must be initiated by November 30, 2023. Participants contacting customer service after November 30, 2023, will not be eligible for a shop card reward.

Do I have to provide any personal information to participate in this program?
In order for us to know where to send the Shop Card after your receipt has been validated, participants are required to provide their name, email address, mailing address, Membership Number and phone number. Personal information provided will NOT be used for any other purpose unless you opted-in to receive future email offers from Costco.com.

Why do I need to register for the P&G Costco Spend $100 Program? What is the reason for this?
Registration to create an account for the program is a requirement.

Can I use information from my Costco.com account to login to www.getpgoffer.com?
No. The login Username and Password on www.getpgoffer.com is not the same as your Costco.com account.

Where can I find my Costco membership number?
You can find your Costco membership number in the following places:
- On the back of your membership card. It’s a 12-digit number, and you can leave off any preceding 0s.
- If you have the Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi, it’s located below the signature line, to the right of your photo.
- On your annual renewal notice, under the "Billing Summary Information".
- In the Costco app, under the “Card” tab at the bottom of the screen.
If you can’t find your membership number, please visit the membership counter at your local Costco or contact Costco to obtain your number.
